Giuliana Tambellini is a Brazilian cinematographer based between São Paulo and Los Angeles. She holds a degree in Audiovisual from the University of São Paulo and an MFA in Cinematography from the American Film Institute.

She has shot shorts and features screened at festivals including Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival, Festival de Brasília, BlackStar International, Havana Film Festival, and Guadalajara International Film Festival.

Her early work has earned the Best Student Film Cinematography Award from the Brazilian Society of Cinematography (ABC). More recently, she was selected for the prestigious Women in Film Fellowship in Los Angeles, which supports and mentors women and non-binary cinematographers in the development and advancement of their careers in the film industry.

With experience across narrative, documentary, commercial, and institutional projects, Giuliana brings a story-first mindset to every collaboration, seeking the most effective and inventive way to craft images that are both visually engaging and emotionally resonant for audiences.
